1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the 7788jl platform located at 7788jl.cam and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you ("User", "Player", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 7788jl Gaming Corporation (the "Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), a duly licensed online gaming operator under the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of 7788jl Services and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of our Services after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the 7788jl platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in your Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other promotional offer provided by 7788jl.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from your personal payment method into your 7788jl Account.
• "Games" includes all casino games, slots, live dealer games, bingo, sports betting, and any other gaming products offered on the 7788jl platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing 7788jl operations.
• "Platform" means the 7788jl website, mobile applications, and all related interfaces.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your 7788jl Account to your designated payment method.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To register and maintain an Account with 7788jl, you must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of or physically located within the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be listed on any PAGCOR exclusion or self-exclusion register.
• You must not be prohibited from participating in online gaming activities under any applicable Philippine law.
• You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

3.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an Account on 7788jl, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address.
2. Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.
3. Create only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
4. Complete KYC verification by submitting valid Philippine government-issued identification (such as passport, driver's license, or UMID) when requested.
5. Protect your Account credentials and not share them with any third party.

3.3 Account Verification

7788jl reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

4.1 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 7788jl username, password, and any other Account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Ensuring that your Account is not accessed by minors or any unauthorized third parties.
• Logging out of your Account at the end of each session, especially when using shared or public computers.
• Immediately notifying 7788jl of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

4.2 Account Security Measures

7788jl implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure payment gateways, and regular security audits. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 7788jl cannot guarantee absolute security of your data or Account.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

7788jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers from Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos).
• Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your Account verification level and VIP tier.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly, but may take up to 24 hours depending on the payment method.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
• 7788jl reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that appears suspicious or violates these Terms.
• Deposit bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as outlined in Section 7.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 (Five Hundred Philippine Pesos).
• Your Account must be fully verified with completed KYC documentation before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by 7788jl.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 24-72 hours after approval, with actual receipt time depending on your payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification checks for security and anti-money laundering purposes.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• 7788jl reserves the right to charge fees for excessive withdrawal requests or for certain payment methods.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 7788jl implements strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities. Players must be able to demonstrate the legitimate source of deposited funds upon request.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Game Participation

By participating in any Games on 7788jl, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All Games are provided for entertainment purposes and involve an element of chance.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment.
• All game rules, paytables, and betting limits are displayed within each game and form part of these Terms.
• You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.
• Game results are final and binding once the game round is completed, subject to our dispute resolution procedures.

6.2 Fair Gaming

7788jl is committed to fair gaming practices. All games offered on our platform are provided by licensed and certified gaming providers whose RNG systems are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories. Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as published by the respective game providers and are available within each game's information section.

6.3 Betting Limits and Responsible Gaming

Players may set personal deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods through their Account settings. Once set, these limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. 7788jl reserves the right to impose betting limits, stake restrictions, or game access restrictions on any Account at our sole discretion for responsible gaming or risk management purposes.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 7788jl are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds and/or deposit amounts must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• Different games contribute differently towards wagering requirements (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or not at all).
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds, typically ₱100-500 per bet depending on the promotion.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Activities considered bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players, exploiting game features or software bugs, low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and any other activity deemed by 7788jl to constitute abuse of promotional offers. 7788jl reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds, winnings, and deposited funds used in conjunction with bonus abuse, and to terminate Accounts engaged in such activities.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7788jl and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Services if you are under 21 years of age or located outside the Philippines.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts or allowing others to use your Account.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in fra udulent activity or match-fixing.
• Using bots, automated software, or any third-party tools to access or play Games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or using 7788jl for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior towards other players or 7788jl staff.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of the 7788jl platform.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your actual location.
• Depositing funds from sources other than your own legitimate payment methods.
• Conducting or attempting fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the 7788jl platform are owned by or licensed to 7788jl Gaming Corporation and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 7788jl Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any 7788jl content.
• Use any 7788jl trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 7788jl website or Services.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from 7788jl software.

Unauthorized use of 7788jl intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages under Philippine intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

While 7788jl strives to provide uninterrupted access to our Services, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or technical issues. 7788jl shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or governmental actions.

10.2 Game Outcomes

7788jl provides gaming services on an "as is" basis. While all games are certified for fairness and use audited RNG systems, we make no warranties regarding game outcomes, winning probabilities, or that any User will achieve specific financial results. Users acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that losses are possible.

10.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 7788jl's total aggregate liability to any User for all claims arising from or related to the use of our Services shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that User into their Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₱100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos), whichever is less.

10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

Under no circumstances shall 7788jl be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if 7788jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Dispute Process

If you have any dispute, complaint, or concern regarding 7788jl Services, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. We will investigate and respond to all complaints within 14 business days. If the initial response does not resolve your dispute, you may escalate the matter to our management team for further review.

11.2 PAGCOR Complaint Process

If your dispute remains unresolved after exhausting our internal complaint procedures, you may file a formal complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), our regulatory authority. PAGCOR's decision on any complaint shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of 7788jl Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By using our Services, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to venue.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your 7788jl Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting Account closure. Upon termination, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your Account, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements. After Account closure, you will no longer have access to your gaming history, transaction records, or other Account information.

12.2 Termination by 7788jl

7788jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failed to complete KYC verification within required timeframes.
• Been added to any responsible gaming self-exclusion register.
• Engaged in activity that damages or could damage 7788jl's reputation or business interests.

12.3 Effects of Termination

Upon Account termination for breach of Terms, 7788jl reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances including deposits, bonuses, and winnings. If your Account is terminated for reasons not related to Terms violations, you will be permitted to withdraw your legitimate balance, subject to completion of any required verification procedures. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, liability limitations, and dispute resolution provisions.

13. Amendments to Terms

7788jl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 7788jl Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revisions were made.
